We are an ALL-ORGANIC restaurant that proudly prepares delicious, homemade, healthy food for our community. We support our local organic farmers by incorporating seasonal fruits and vegetables into our menu, and our local fishermen by serving locally-caught fresh fish. We use only stainless steel cookware in the kitchen – no microwaves or canned goods here! Our homemade breads are made using an all-natural sourdough starter. We are a family-owned and operated establishment. We moved to Cape May in 2012 from Le Marche, Italy. In the Italian tradition, we believe in eating seasonally with simple, fresh ingredients that allow the flavors of the food to speak for themselves.
